I found a nice preso on Razorfish, on how Social Media influences your business. In essence it claims not only the technology which is needed, but also the content and dialogue you are facilitating. In other words: please don't think you're finished once you've setup a Twitter account. Give additional service. Provide exclusive information, give your followers priority in answers and continue the dialogue. Either it helps your Customer Knowledge, or your (in)direct sales. Enjoy...
